Outfit for a school ceremony?

I am having a school ceremony, and they tell us to wear something dressier than we wear to school...








This is what I am wearing:


---Brown long-sleeved turtle neck


--- [Over the turtle neck is...] a knee-length tan, brown, and mustard colored plaid dress with tank straps and buttons.


--- Brown capri leggings


--- Brown, super mini wedge shoes with buckle across the top


--- Silver and gold mini hoop earrings











How do you like my outfit? Is it dressy enough? What should i add/change about my outfit? Any comments/suggestions?
